A group of large and mid-sized government contractors in the defense sector needed to showcase their grouped capabilities during a facility tour for a prospective buyer group. Although the RFP had not yet been released, they wanted to create posters and banners throughout the tour, highlighting their solutions and current program operations. The goal was to leave a strong impression by demonstrating their attention to detail and tailored approach. Patriot Data Graphics (PDG) created infographics for each aspect of the tour, covering everything from component manufacturing to IT infrastructure and subcontractor highlights.

OBJECTIVESThe primary goal was to provide a guided site visit that effectively showcased the client’s capabilities and solutions in a visually engaging way. They wanted to leave a positive impression, demonstrating that significant time and resources had been invested in the prospective client’s tour, with the hope of influencing future RFP decisions.
SOLUTIONPDG created custom infographics for over a dozen large-scale posters displayed throughout the tour. These visuals covered every aspect of the program, including manufacturing processes, project management, technical solutions, and training. We worked closely with a single point of contact from one of the vendors, who coordinated with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various companies involved in the project. This streamlined communication allowed us to quickly gather the necessary technical information, optimizing both time and resources.
BENEFITSThe end result was a successful series of visuals that significantly enhanced the site visit. The client saw an improvement in communication, using visually appealing posters to explain complex ideas in a simple and effective way. The physical space was also transformed from plain walls to a branded, visually engaging environment that provided structure to the tour.
