Sydney began her career in video editing and developed expertise in graphic design, media production, and government contracting while working in the defense industry.
She saw the need for visuals that make complex ideas digestible and co-founded Patriot Data Graphics to fill that gap.

Monika brings a background in systemic suicide prevention with extensive experience in data, change, and project management.
Guided by a passion for growth, innovation, and meaningful impact, she transitioned into GovCon design to help build Patriot Data Graphics and strengthen client relationships, innovation, and strategy.
Together, they lead a firm focused on transforming complex information into clear, engaging media across proposals, presentations, and marketing.
